Anyways, the thing that I have against posting all your personal information is just that. I couldn't agree more that you should stand by what you say and not be ashamed of what you wrote, but telling everything about yourself on the internet can be risky. There are sick people out there, that can and will do sick things. I'd say there is a very slim chance that some guy is going to do something with your information, but I still like to keep my info to myself. Some of you guys posted a lot of stuff, and I'm pretty sure that if I understood how the indentity theft stuff worked, I could pull it of. Not to be a jerk for my first post, I just wanted something worth saying to be my first post.-Jon "Jmayhak"
Actually just by logging onto the internet you are providing much more dangerous information and access to your personal information. A little ingenuity and you can find out all kinds of interesting things just by someone's IP address. Not to mention what you can accomplish by sending someone a marker virus.

Jmayhak I understand some of your misgivings about posting personal information. I would not expect people to post addresses, SSN, phone numbers,...etc. I even understand not posting e-mail addresses. What I'm talking about is how old you are, what you do for a livining, location (even if it is just an area, background, experience, hobbies...etc. These are fairly innocent could not really be used for identity theft, but would allow other members to get a feel for who you are and what you are about. The information I've given about myself is freely avaliable already on the internet and really does not give someone enough info to steal my identity.

Here is the biography info this forum requests:

Biography A few details about yourself

Location Where you live

Interests Your hobbies, etc

Occupation Your job

Zip Code

Now where is any of this information dangerous to your identity?

I first played when I was 10 think
first gun was a spyder electra, then I had an Evil Omen followed by a pimped E-mag, and now a Shocker (currently Broke). I haven't played since October sometime, maybe even before.
My one and only hobby is Photography and I see my shocker going in the near future to pay for some more photo gear. I may eventually get a used mag or cocker, or perhaps get a custom phantom in the future, but its not a priority right now.

Picture of me I took today. No photoshopping besides a little crop.

Hey guys, love this website!

Jeff Neal, aka unknown(untill I get a better one)
40 years old
1 wife, plenty. I don't want any more!
2 boys: 13, the lover of the family but will make a great warrior when HE decided he wants to. 17 great pballer with a tricked 98c for Christmas. He fell in love with them when his spyder took a nap on him.
A few years of Army infantry followed by a few years of Air Force.
Lived in Gray, Tennessee for almost 7 years.
I work as a metrologist,,,,,,look it up! I currently am employed by a scale company in Blountville, TN.
I have been playing paintball off and on for about six years. As a one time VERY active member of the SCA (Society for Creative Anachronism) I didn't spend much time paintballing.
I have never played at an organized field. Never much cared for the idea of a kid with a $600 marker and daddy's checkbook to buy paint. Never liked the idea of speedball either; seems a great way to waste paint. For those reasons, I never bothered playing at a field.
I hope to begin to change that this summer by elevating my game into the scenario realm.
Old School and TriggerTime have been VERY gracious and encouraging and my son and I(and hopefully about ten others) will be there for Blackhawk down. Possibly some of the "Brothers in Arms" games
