the SAT's will be on that date. i make a mootion that the tourney be moved one weekend forward or back due to the SAT's and people (not just me) will not be available to play due to their previous engagement with the SAT's. if it is moved there will be a higher attendace be cause people like myself will be free from the pressures of the SAT. at least take this into consideration...

SCPFOA is for manly speedballers, and this is for pump players, generally not 2 much conflict there.

We looked at the dates, and understand there will be some conflicts. If you look at it from a promoter's point of view, there are conflicts with every date. We took into account the tournament and scenario schedule and this was the earliest date we could come up with. We have been putting this off for too many years and want to put on a top level competitive game with stand up players. You can expect the best in service, top level refs, and the best paint you will ever find at a tournament. Heck, I will be arriving back in town at midnight and, with the help of SCBRian and the field owners, running the show. School comes first, but after that is comradery, competitive play, and above all else, ethical play. CHEATING WILL NOT BE ALLOWED. IF YOU CHEAT OR ARE INCLINED TO DO SO STAY AWAY. I do not want anyone to think people in this thread are suspected of cheating, I am just stating that cheating or poor sportsmanship will not be tolerated.

the conflict is there are at least 5 people that play in the scpfoa that would love to play a pump tournament, so there is a conflict.
and do you think this will be a woodsball tournament, or on the new speedball fields??
i doubt that pbc would close down some of its fields for a tournament, so naturally it would be on the new fields (yes the speedball fields).

like i said i doubt the date would change, but it sucks that there is a conflict on that date. kind of like the "scenario" on the 26th is also the first day of the new speedball fields.

see ya later

before i go, dont get me wrong, if i wasnt committed to the tournament in columbia, i would be borrowing a pump to play in this tournament.
i wanted to bring up the scheduling conflict, because it would be great to have as many people as possible for this ( the first pump tournament ) so it could happen more often.
good luck to everyone playing in both tournaments ...i hope to make the next one.

jojo750 I definitely understand your thoughts on this and given everyone's schedule's there's bound to be conflicts, however I think after this pump tournament is played it will hopefully become a regular activity and sooner or later it will fit into everyone's schedules.

Concerning the scneario on the 26th, here's a list of scenario's that Roadkill and other local PBC/TT players will most likely (can change anytime) be attending so you might be able to come to one of these if your interested:

Mar 12-13 - Triggertyme "Cartoon Wars" (24hrs)
Apr 23-24 - LCP Media Wars (24hrs) (NOCER PRODUCTIONS)
Jun 4-5 Triggertyme "M.I.A. 3 A New Beginning" (NOCER Productions)
Sep 10-11 Wild Fire "Stalingrad" (MPP Productions)
Oct 15-16 - LCP Evil Apocalypse (24hrs) (NOCER Productions)
Nov 12-13 Bear Claw "Battle of Kursk" (MPP Productions)
Dec – Free Finale
