Hi guys This will do one of two things either get praised or I am going to get blitzed for what I am about to put here but I feel as if it is my duty as a former Corpsmen. Also any vets feel free to add something If I missed it.

1. Buy extra mags off your friends or others just ask(people will get rid of them) Fill them all the way up and knock the last one out. (helps prevent jam)
2. Keep that M16 or M4 CLEAN. They are very tempermental firearms and if they arnt perfectly clean they wont work.(Also prevents jams desert sand sucks.)
3. There is no such thing as a simple routine patrol. Always wear your Flack and keep sharp. Your buddy's may want to talk and F around take it seriously you can be cought off gaurd anyware.
4. When in doubt Stop shooting and listen for the cammanders orders. and do as they say. (if you have confidence in him)
and Optional number 5. when in doubt Shoot anything that comes at you in a fire fight . this includes Women and children .. better to be alive and court marshaled then Sent home with a Flag draped over you.
6. Keep Cantine Full Its the desert it does get hot .. and really Cold.
