Powder coating isn't expensive if once you have the rig. The powder itself isn't much more expensive than regular paint. I have black blue and green but not white.

i saw a nice halfblock on nation with a white delrin pump handle, grips, cocking rod knob, and trigger amongst other small accessories.

it was beautiful and the asshole won't sell it to me.

i found the white pump handle and grips on CCM's ebay page, but i haven't found any other WHITE delrin accessories.

i also want to have a single pump handle custom made for my phantom that has an integrated vertical foregrip. so its basically a hitman mod, but its one piece, light weight delrin, and an actual ergonomic grip.

thanks in advance.
Machining is the right word.

sounds good, but does anybody know about the weight aspect?? thats really my main concern with powder coating. how much heavier than anno will it be... and again, i know with certain automotive applications, powder coated screw holes are a very tight fit... if i powder coated barrels to match, would the coating screw up my porting?

I would not powder coat a 07 ego. Powdercoating will affect tolerances on the marker.

If you have all the taps, dies, etc for ALL of the threads on your guns (Screws, barrel, feedneck) then you can chase the threads after powdercoating. If you ever watch American Chopper, that's what they have to do after a piece comes back from Powdercoat.

Otherwise, if you want white, the closest you will come is a gloss clear anno. Dust clear looks a little more grey than white. Also, dust clears will look different from piece to piece if not done at the same time. That's why the ASA & Rail on the Dye cocker look different than the rest of the gun.
