Grendel's Pyre #PY 008 from Palmers

Okay I finally picked up my Pyre Pump #PY 008. I should have had it this last thursday but it got shipped to my old address. UPS did what they were asked to do but there was a communication disconnect between me and Palmers Pursuit. Jessica at Palmers was very helpful getting this package held at the customer center so I could pick it up this afternoon. This error was just as much if not mostly my fault and Palmers stepped up and got me my gun

This gun was packaged very well and is in pristine condition. I almost hate to use it....not really . The Pyre came with full documentation, plenty of Palmer Swag, a barrel condom, tools and oil.

I have fully inspected and I can not find a blemish. I have only dry fired it a couple of times and the stroke and trigger pull feels real nice. I will not be actually firing this until I can get it to a chrono. I want to see litterly how good is it tuned out of the box and I will be following this up with a full review.

This gun will get it's first baptism in fire at:
MXS Blanding - Siege of StormWynd Feb 16/17
if you want a chance to check this out look me up there

Isn't she I'll let you and the guys fondle her at Blanding

She is a mid line Pyre called an Oak and the only change I made was to have a 45 frame instead of the normal "potmetal sheridan" frame.

The whole package I recieved from UPS only weighed 5 lbs that included all of the packing, swag and a brass barrel. You will not believe how light this gun is.

The extrusion for the body is based on the Blazer's but the internal passages are different and it has an intragal Stabilizer built in so no external reg required. Even though it looks similar to the Blazer it really is a completely different gun and was designed to be a pump, it is not a conversion.
