next:
is the pump return spring as light as possible? try w/o it for a few shots to see if related. If fixes, lighten her up.

is the velocity stable?

if not, does the hammer travel smoothly? (polished?) - this could cause the valve to stay open eratic periods of time.

does the hammer lug travel smoothly ? (no jaggies? ) - this could cause the valve to stay open eratic periods of time.

If you don't want that old freeflow bolt...I could use it...lemme know, and as for the quietest sinper at PBC that is still being disputed

now for quiet = jamm bolt + 16" ported + <300psi + dont hold pump handle

but you surrender accuracy and efficiency.

Well I found the problem, it was too light of a valve spring. Causing some hammer bounce. It was the rest of the efficency problem too.

And I learned how to completely disassemble and reassemble and completely tune my sniper!!!! yeah me
