i currently have a winchester pocket hopper... it get the job done and presents a small target, but more than a few times i've had to bang on it to get it to gravity feed.
it's cause they're cheap. lol I dunno. I can't stand the right feed because all my guns are center feed. I can't aim with right feed lol.

as in, rig it to hinge??? or what? i was considering using an exacto knife to modify the lid... make it similar to a speedfeed so i don't even have to remove it....

Nix, to save you some trouble, I bought a few winchester "hinged lid" pocket hoopers from PBC awhile back, see me at Blanding and I'll give you one.

Take a Indian creek or old Dye pod that has the Black plastic ring with the hinged lid remove it from the pod & glue it into place on the Pocket hopper and you are done...

Rasta- that would be MUCH appreciated... i owe you a 6pack...
Shrub- smarter than you look dude... and obviously smarter than i am.
i'll probably pick up another non-hinging hopper tomorrow just for experimental reasons... but i am on board for both of the suggestions mentioned above. thanks guys.
