Favorite shot had to be at the 2007 Lauren's Hope Charity Tournament. It was at China Grove and their fields have stumps and hard grass clumps everywhere... two on three, i was in the left thirty X... my friend Ryan was in our thirty dorito. they had a guy in the left corner, fifty X, and ryans mirror at their thiry dorito. I ran up to bunker the X. I kicked one of the many grass clumps and fell flat on my face but some how managed to shoot the X as i fell. I had my gun up obviously and i think i kicked it and just pulled the trigger... but when i stood back up the corner lit my ass up... Ryan pulled that game out by out snapping the dorito and blowing the corner up when he went to bunker him after moving to the X... used the trusty little lane over the side of your bunker before he gets to you...

So yeah... my best shot was me getting nearly humiliated but still shooting a kid in his hopper before i hit the ground. Good times...

Didn't realize this was pump only.... my bad.

.:BEST PUMP SHOT:.

I was running to the little thirty dorito on Ballbuster's XBall field. I dove in and over slid my bunker. Scrambled back into my bunker and survived it... not sure how though... was right off of break. Snapped inside a few times and shot two people from across field. One was in the center thirty dorito one was in the right corner stand-up. Then, i snapped back outside and caught a kid running up the dorito tape twice in the chest/stomach. i bumed immediately moving into the fifty little X on the dorito tape still. Basically just took a step around the side of my dorito and slung myself up into the X. I had a shot bounce off my armpads from the guy in the snake and leaned out. I took a single shot cross field and gogged him.

other than that, my favorite shot was a cross field blind shot. I couldn't see the guy because this half deflated little X was in te way and there was a stubby can ther too. I took a step back and judged the shots taking three across the field from their forty dorito tape into the left corner... two out of three hit him and one was a gog.

when i first started i had a spyder victor and the best player in MO [slim] was at the Paintball Underground Complex, he decided to play some of us rec players to show his mad skills with his Nerve [he had several guns]. right when the ref said "go" i gogged 'em, i never felt so much hate before. sence then we became friends and now are on the same team.

Best pump shot for me occurred about a year ago on a random recall day at Paint Ball Charleston. Playing in the Village, I had a back corner plastic stand up and was battling 3 at the hummer (wimper, I miss it). They were shooting a mix of DMs and Timmys. I had the pleasure of out-snapshooting all three. Though it was all in vain as I was the last man standing and immediately after I got them out I got blasted by the rest of their team as they rolled through the village.

Second best would have to be at Ballbusters last weekend in the first few games playing with great pumpers from the area and surviving a 3 on 1 while in the snake. Holy Sh*t, my adrenaline is still up.

This will be my 23 year playing paintball. I'v had so many great shots with pumps its hard to pick the best one.

Back in the Late 80's we were playing rec. off of Kings Ave. Brandon, Florida. With a Guy who called himself "SARGE". He professed to be a "VietNam Vet" but most everyone knew he was just a big talker.

Playing with my "Paranha LB" I was shooting at other players, not seeing "Sarge" behind a pinetree off to my left flank. I must have had some paint debree in my barrel or a out of round paintball. The round went off to the left out of my field of vision, and "Sarge" walked out saying he was "HIT". He asked "What you got heat seaking paintball's"...

Most recient great shot was at the Viper FEAR game at Blanding. Not far from the bridge behind some blow up bunkers on the West side of the city, I was targeting the players in the upper story of a building. I shot a few through the window where I had seen a player pop up and fire. I waited till he poped up to shoot again. I pulled the trigger on my 03 WGP Sniper II, the round impacted right in the forhead of his mask, with a whop. He was shooting a PMI rifle croped at the stock and barrel. I played the whold time with my pump. It is definately a disadvantge to play pump, with simi/full auto players but it does inprove your thinking on tactics.

My Favorite moment with a pump:

Where: Risk the World MPP Game

When: Early June 2007

My greatest moment was winning a speedball event outnumbered 6 (or 8) to 1.
*Ben T. and the Scenario TV guys wanted a speedball match against all 4 armies at the same time (4 on 4) inside a speedball town. For the event, the sponsors, who were generaling, grabbed their sponsored teams to play with them on the field. I don't remember the exact numbers, but I think it was a 3-man team. Since I was the only one on my team at the event, it was just me and Paul Judson with hammerhead barrels alone against 6-8 others. I saw that everyone had ego's and dm7's and ramping was legalized.

So there I was with a pump in a hail of gunfire. Paul gets shot in the elbow before he even gets to cover and I hid inside a building watching all corners. The boards to the building were slightly loosened and I could see figures moving aroudn the field. As players showed their face around the corners of surrounding buildings I took aim and fired. In all I fired 3 shots and eliminated the last 3 players. Each of the shots were neck shots and were done at distance from the door way. Just to give credit were credit is due,

I would have to mention thumper's fantastic skills in building pumps and teaching me to shoot, along with the incredible accuracy of hammerhead barrels.

oh, and I did enjoy putting a round in big bear's rear end LOL, but thumper did take care of business after wards.

I was medicin on the french side and watched this whole thing go down from behind the net, the last two guys were the french general and XO (guys from NXe)

I thought for sure sure we had this thing wrapped up. I mean 2 to 1 and these guys were speed ballers.
I watched in horror as my general peeked inside the building from a window and ****WHACK**** nasty shot
so i thought "ok at least the XO knows where he's at, he'll surely pop em"
No luck, he was trying to get a shot at you thru the door, i heard a shot and knew forsure that we'd won it,
then....awecrap.... here comes the XO walking off the field elimated.

Damn fine playin on your part steers!
