Secton8 News 3.28.2008 : Snipers & mission support specialist wanted.

Section8 of Columbia is a scenario paintball team hitting games around SC, NC, FLA, AL. In general we are a mission oriented team, we pride ourselves in rapid effective offense, and we frequently play the role of offensive coordinator for the armies we fight for.

Section8's success on the battlefield comes from a blend of two things:
1) we combine old wisdom w/ young legs;
2) we practice and fellowhip together.

Aerion and I play the roll of coach, but other than that there is no organization.

Effectively immediately, Section8 is recruiting players.

"Job" Description:

*Player must be able to travel to at least 6 games per year w/in a 2 hour drive of Columbia SC, and desire to attend the occassional practice in Blythewood, Columbia, Dalzell, Lugoff and Pelion.

*Player must have reliable weapon; must like bugs, mud, sweat, wet socks, red meat, ripe bananas, buggers out of a dead man's nose, and fun.

*Player must desire to be part of a team, and have an appreciation for what that means.

*A love for pump play is a plus but not necessary.

Update 3.28.2008 7:38am est: 4 positions open; 2 snipers, and 2 mission support specialist.

This thread makes me want to join Section 8..'cept for the "buggers out of a dead man's nose" part...

Man, I'd go sniper, but I'm based in Atlanta, and car-less. Unless, of course, "mission specialist" meant "breed havoc in their back ranks by being a sneaky mofo, with a pump gun".

you sure know how to write an add thumper, and pump play too.....
if only there wasnt 8 hours between us.
