So what happens if you accidently shoot said perp in the eye...I feel a lawsuit coming on, not too mention this might end up looking bad for paintball in general...just my opinion though.

I agree with you. That is going to cause more trouble for paintball and that is the last thing we need right now. Plus it adds more fuel to the arguement that paintball markers are weapons. Prepare to see more paintball related head lines and not the ones you want to see.
