Limited Paint Players Club

"MAKING EVERY SHOT COUNT"

The LPPC is an informal club of people who subscribe to the basic principles of using limited amounts of paint while playing paintball.

The LPPC is not about what kind of marker you use. It is about how you use that marker. Members can use stock class, pump, mechanical, or electronic markers. They can use any type of ball feeding they choose, from stock class, gravity feed, agitation feed, and even force feed. Again, it is not about how the balls get into the marker, but how you choose to make them leave it.

The LPPC is about sportsmanship and knowing the game is more than about how much paint you send through the air. The LPPC does not look down on players who DO throw a lot of paint, but we choose not to as a rule. LPPC members use what they need to get the job done and not one ball more.

LPPC members believe you shoot paint because you have to, not because you have it.

As you can see, the LPPC is about a general attitude when playing.

The LPPC has no dues, and does not require its members to buy any of the Official LPPC Merchandise. Those who choose to do so do so out of pride and wanting to show the world their views on the sport and their particular playing style.

I will be keeping a member list posted here. I will also keep the list in number format, name format, and location format. That way members can look up other members in the manner they find easiest for them.

The member list will also contain the member number, Last/First Name, Online Forum they would like to be associate with and their member name (optional), e-mail address (optional), Location (State/Country). And since I am starting this it should be easy to keep adding names to each type of listing, as opposed to having to do it for hundreds of people down the road.

How to join:

Send me an e-mail (mr.hartley@comcast.net) with LPPC Membership as the subject, and provide me with the following information:

Name: Last, First
Location: State/Country (please send like this: NY, USA)
Forum you want to be associated with and your member name there. (optional, and only ONE please)
E-Mail Address (optional, and if you don’t list it IN the e-mail I will not put it in the listings)

So the information will look similar to the following:
Smith, John
CT, USA
Whatever Forum (paintballjs)
paintballjs@whatever.com

This information will allow members to find and contact other members (who want to be contacted) for games, events, and general chatting.

Members are encouraged to promote the LPPC and help gain new members. I will also be providing web graphics members can use if they like. And if interest and funds allow, I can even have official patches made up in the future.

Thank you for the thread. As folks can see, the LPPC is truly about the game of paintball, not just the arms race that has accompanied it.

The LPPC hopes to grow over the coming years and become a force in its own right in the paintball community. We also strive to keep the spirit of the game alive and foster its principles within new players, as well as rejuvenate it within those who may have lost it over the years.

I will get all the new numbers out today. Keep in mind that I do this by myself and sometimes there is a lag in numbers getting back to the members.

And if you join, you can instantly start using the LPPC graphic….. even if you don’t have an official number yet. This should not be a problem since I have only had to revoke ONE member from the club so far. And that was for behavior unbecoming.
