It wasn't us.....
Hey everyone it has come to my attention that someone has been setting up at the Jockey Lot (flea market) in Anderson, SC under the name Saluda Paintball. They are reportedly promoting our field and selling products under our name. THEY ARE NOT SALUDA PAINTBALL and do not have my permission to do so. Don't mind the free advertising but there is an issue with them selling products. We have no idea who this is. If anyone has heard of or seen this going on please contact me at the field number or pm me on here with any information.. thanks

One of the guys was about 6 foot tall heavy set with black hair and glasses.........????

Some fields are field paint only. If they are trying to say they represent Saluda then they could be telling people that they need to buy their paint/equipment from them to play there. Or they could be saying to help support the field buy from them.

SP,

I don't get to the Anderson Jockey lot that much, but I'll keep an eye out for them at the Pickens Flea Market. What legal action can you take with an incident like this?

Tell me if I am wrong...lol....this is what I am thinking. I am going to go over there Sunday afternoon and if they are there then I am going to tell them that since they are with Saluda Paintball then all the products must belong to Saluda Paintball and that I would appreciate it if they would load it up in my truck and never be seen again...lol....That would be kinda funny....

Naw what I will probably do is go over there and find out exactly who it is and find one of the MANY anderson county sherriffs around there eating a funnel cake or three and tell them the situation and let them deal with it. If the situation calls for it I will press charges for fraud and see if I can't aquire the free evidence....lol
