Does anyone know which General has which side (physically) at Blanding? ie - Tattaglia will be HQ'd on the Western side of the town....?

There is no East or West bases.

I found a map of the field. what are being called the North and South bases?

Is the map you got? If so then the blue is the North
and the Red is the South.
This is the offical map for the FREE FINAL.
The Barzini base is the South base or RED.
The Tattaglia base is the North base or Blue.
