Is this really a MOUT site? I thought I overheard somewhere that this site was not a mout site?

I have been to campbell and I know they have one,but is it going to be there or off base.I was under the impression that if the military is still using the base that you couldn't use it for paintball

Ft Benning will be on base at the Uchee rec area
Ft Gordon will be on the range area.
Ft Campbell will be on the MOUT area yes on base.
