For those of you who are not on the FordReport Mailing list, I thought that you might like a little update:

There is 1 Week left to get your pre-registration forms in. That's right, just 7 days. Cut off for Pre-Registration is March 22, 2008.

Everyone who pre-registers by the deadline are entered into a pre-game drawing. RAP4.com has Sponsored the Pre-Game Drawing with one of their Tactical Vests and 68Caliber.com (thank you Dale) has added a US Army Alpha Black Tactical Paintball Rifle. So get those forms filled out and sent in, you don't want to miss out on this!


Friday night prior to the event, players are now gathering together to put on a community feast. If you are interested just check it all out here

The MyTDart contest has been added to the schedule for 8:00pm Friday Night. For an entry fee of $5 (going to a charity), you will be entered into the MyTDart Contest. Several Prizes are being thrown in the pot by various sponsors for the winner.

The sign up fee is a mere.... rediculous.... embarrasing.... humble.... $5 for Fri. or $5 for Sat. seperately (you are welcome to play BOTH!). The winners of both nights will (Hopefully) play each other for the grand prize.

TOURNAMENT RULES!!!

The game will be "High Score" for the simplicity of those that don't play alot of darts.... what this means is that LUCK plays a huge factor!
Skill, however, is certainly rewarded!!!!

This is how it will work....
Upon paying the entry fee, you will shoot 10 rounds (3 darts each) to accumulate the highest score possible. The highest points win the prizes.
If you aren't happy with your score, you may also enter more than once for the same $5 fee (going to charity)!!! Depending on how many paricipants we have at the time, you may shoot by yourself, or with as many as 3 other people during this round, alternating turns. Ultimately, no matter what anyone else shoots.... you want to acheive the highest score possible.

The tournament will be open from 8:00pm until midnight Friday night which will have it's own prize package, and on Saturday immediately following the costume contest during dinner break, until 10:30pm Saturday. The GRAND PRIZE FINALS between the winners of Friday and Saturday will be held at 10:45pm Saturday Night to determine the grand prize winner!


Mousetrap Radio Will provide the machine, darts, tips, shafts, and flights..... BUT, If you have your own SOFT TIP DART SET, you are most welcome to bring it.

Get with me if you need clarification, but overall it's a charity dart tournament that we want you to have some fun with!!
