this game will be hosted at a new field in greenville, tn. Welcome to Play Paintball - East Tennessee's Premier Paintball Complex!

check out the pics. the field already has alot of cool stuff and we are going to work to make it even cooler. if enough interest is shown to make this actually a reality, we will get out there and rebuild alot of the installations, add a slew of sandbag gunner nests, build some gaurd shacks and other buildings, dig trenches. the whole works man. the place is huge and is great to play on now. but if im gettin all my paintball brothers to make the drive, we are gonna build some crazy as hell stuff that will blow you away. look at the urban city they are building up. imagine that lit up for the night game.

Sounds like you are going to have a winner H R, keep up the good work and post up more as you go on with the plans. I know it will be a game that will keep all involved and the paint flying. I will check out more tomorrow, too dang tired at the moment, hitting the hay. I hope we can be there for your debut game, know it will be worth the trip.

I know I would be interested, and I'm pretty sure the rest of the Thrashers would follow suit.
That's a long way from K-Ville to be your home field isn't it? It must be sweet.
I'm sure between Shanus & Us we could talk a few more of the folks from Chattanooga & surrounding areas to attend.
If you could post a date before January it would be awesome. A few of us need to post days off Jan 1st of each year.
Also, (and now I'm getting picky - but just a thought) since you are working w/ Ben, a week or two break after Bear Claw would be nice for fundage & family obligations. But, we can always work around those things.

sounds like fun

Hey Tate, it isn't that far away. 4hrs tops.

Need a ride?

I would be up for such a game Havok. I believe you have hit all the key points in running a successful game. A very well priced entry fee with inexpensive paint on a well designed field and i'm game.

Speaking of paint, just got back from Mt. Doom and the Diablo Nightmare field paint was EXCELLENT. I had ZERO breaks in my Tac-One, and I was shooting paint like a fiend.

Granted, MPPGames puts on super games at great fields, but some are a lengthy, lengthy drive for most folks. Need a few other venues to keep it interesting around here.

I would shoot for a March time frame since BearClaw is always in late April.

Hey Havok,
It's great to hear that you want to get a solid, non-kiddy-costume-scenario in TN. Besides BearClaw it's pretty dry in this state. I love the MPP Games productions at Bearclaw, but the other MPP Games are just too far away to travel to....coming from Nashville. You can count on the Capital Punishers to be there as long as it doesn't conflict with April's BearClaw event.
I like the idea of "complex" missions that if completed offer the successful side a tactical benefit of some sort. That's much better than take it, hold it, get the points, and leave it. On that same hand, I would keep the sides pretty straight forward. Also the idea of a lit field is a win. My team currently does not play at night due to the cluster-f##k effect. I can't speak for all teams or all players but we consider ourselves a mil-sim team and would relish the idea of a good mil-sim scenario. Let me know if there's anything the Capital Punishers can do to help!

hey homie... i'll be in texas before christmas, but i'll make sure and put my guys in touch with you before i leave, and if i'm a bum with no job when the game happens, i'd fly out just to heckle ya a bit. =)
i'll try to lend the full support, limited as our resources may be, from the mafia... ask and ye shall receive.
ps- syria is gay, but i have picked up some AWESOME intel, counter-insurgency stuff you might be able to incorporate into your story. depends on what you want to do with the plot.
