Oklahoma D-Day , SUTAL COURSE

PRESS RELEASE - 2 April 2008

I just had Christopher Larsen, head guy for One Shepherd Group send along a
link for a brief video clip which shows off the sort of gear they'll be providing to those players who sign up for this year's SUTAL courses. As you may have hear there's to be three classes; Basic Offensive Tactics, Squad Offensive Tactics and Company Offensive Tactics.

Each of these classes will be offered three times daily so as many people as possible (120 MAX) have an opportunity to take them. The cost for EACH of these Classes is $50.00, including use of the weapon as well as the blanks you'll need.

There's also one additional course also being offered, which doesn't use the guns.

That one is entitled 'LLC' which stands for Light Leadership Course. It's also $50.00 and is being offered just once, on Tuesday. The other threes will run between Wednesday and Friday.

Here's a link to the video showing the cadre and the gear they'll be making available (M16, AK-47, RPK).

YouTube - SQUAD GODS

Please pass this along to anyone who might be interested and also let them know that if they'd like to sign up for any of these classes they can do so by going to the One Shepherd website One Shepherd . Once there all they have to do is hit the SCHEDULE Button on the toolbar and then scroll down till they find the particular class that best suits their own schedule. Once you select a class, the rest of the process is done using a secure server.

Till the next time then, take care and stay safe!

Sincerely,

For those not familiar with the SUTAL or Small Unita Tactics
And leadership Course, this year's program will consist of
four classes. Three of these will allow students to use a
real weapons, either a M 16, AK-47 or RPK Light machinegun.
Each weapon will be modified to fire blanks rather than real
bullets. In addition each weapon will also have a brand new
MILEs 2000 system fitted to it. In other words, what students
will be using are the same types of weapons which are used
by the US Army and Marines to train their personnel in various
Force-On-Force Tactical Lessons. The fourth course, called
the LLC or Light leadership Course, will consist of lessons
designed to help teach anyone in a command role how to
properly issue orders, use radios, etc.

One Shepherd, the folks teaching these classes are well
respected experts in this field. The team's leader, Christopher
E. Larsen is both a military vertern as well as author of two
books on tactics, 'Paintball and AirSoft Battle Tactics' and
'Light Infantry Tactics for Small Teams.' For more on the
various programs being offered by the firm please visit
their website - One Shepherd

Registration for this years SUTAL classes is open to ALL
who attend the Oklahoma D-Day event, over the age of
13. The fee for each class, including all material and in
the case of the courses where weapons are issued, the
blank rounds necessary to complete the training.

Sincerely,

Registration

One more helpful note regarding registrations
for this year's SUTAL courses. When you fill out
the online form to register, make sure that you
also put in your e-mail address. Once you're
done, the system will send a confirmation note.
Don't include your address and you won't have
anything to show that you've registered. If you
already signed up and didn't put your address
down, look up Christopher or one of his cadre
when you get there.

Sincerely,
