The Americans won, but it was a VERY close game all the way through.

just got home folks and im beat down. ill go ahead and recap things from my pov.

turnout was about 200. even though this was a small game, it really played like a big one with constant mass engagements, especially on my cp. the allied faction was victorious. the germans put up one hell of a fight and the game was close.

me and my team had an awesome time, our frist trip to command decisions. we look forward to playing there more often. we hope we made some great new friends and had a blast running with some old ones. now, i want to take a minute to thank and recap some of the great teams i had the pleasure of working with and against:

omni force: you guys rock and it was a pleasure as a general to watch you guys perform your specialty blowing cp's and killin generals. i almost peed my pants laughin when one of you guys told me russ was dancin around on top of thier base. thank you for helping me use attrition to keep the enemy cp under stress.

capitol offense: it was awesome to meet you guys. i had heard you guys were some asskickers and you really lived up to it. thank you for not getting aggravated with me as i had you run missions back to back from one end of the field to the other. again, i laughed my ass off when you guys came in from blowing the opfor cp and showed me the pictures where you wrote "capitol offense was here" on the dry erase board. great idea to enter the cp and take pictures of thier intel. i hope i made some great new friends with you guys and look forward to going warsaw @ fulda!

port city militia: same thing about runnin all those back to back missions. you guys are an awesome group and i really hope we made some friends with your team. if i am not mistaken, you guys completed every mission i gave you. i demanded alot from you guys and you really delivered. it would be my pleasure to run along side you guys anytime, if only i could keep up.

hard heads and lincolns assasins: thank you for running base security and going on the offensive as well. our cp was not blown throughout the game, not one time. it was cool to see all your bad ass anti armor in effect and you guys have some really neat toys. thank you for keeping me safe and sound. again, it would be my pleasure to run with any of you guys anytime.

lethal paintball and b-squad: you guys kicked ass and were my go to guys when it came to getting things done on the fly. i was very thankfull to have such diversified teams. i had you guys everywhere from base sec., missions, runnin props and just startin trouble. thank you for staying on the go and raising hell for me.

shadow group: ive never had to deal with espionage before. you kept jamming my radio, at least they said it was you guys. it was very interesting to have to deal with that aspect of the game.

werewolf: you put up one hell of a fight and kept me pressured the whole game. it was a pleasure to play against such worthy and respected competition. i would like to run with you guys at a game sometime.

otto: you really earned that sportsmanship award. i have seen so many players in your position loose control and get ugly. thank you for being a true sportsman.

odx: you guys set the standard in armor. you have the toughest paintball tanks i have ever seen. i was blown away. my tanker came on foot and i think he has raised his expectations of tanking after seeing your armor in action.

i do want to make one correction. i said at the debrief that our base was never blown the whole game and that they never got a general kill. they did get one general kill at night play when i was running a mission. i did tell the base ref and he did radio it in. i want to thank the player who got the drop on me and shot me, for being a good sportsman about it.
