I had a great time. Cudos to PBC for creating an elaborate game that required more than just paintball skills. Cudos to the the refs! I thought Brian (village ref) did an outstanding job all weekend. That guy stood in the Sun for hours on end.

Brian you really busted your ass this weekend.. Cudos for going above and beyond.. I spoke with Grumpy during a photo session. He told me at night you came up to his base and said "I have gold bars". He said "Well come on in.... and you did...."

Steers... You are a paintball machine... GLK, you guys are really fast getting where you need to go... I don't ever remember being that fast even when I was young and skinny.. Congrats on your MVT!

Many cudos to everyone that played at night.. I was really beat after playing all day Saturday..

My only recommendation.. Start the game at 9 AM on Sunday... 8 AM is too early for my old ass...

Thanks for the feedback, guys... The "ARC" was the plot line and scrip that allowed you to find the "ARK". Good pun, if intentional.

It takes a lot of time, planning, effort & energy to put together a game like that. I wish everyone could have seen the process of obtaining the Idol, or visiting the map room, or even digging up the Ark. One of the "neat" things that I brought into the game was the encryption of certain missions. Brian... No PDA for you next time. It was an interesting twist, but it seemed to just overload the generals even more than they already were. Fun stuff, but the players on the field didn't get to enjoy that stuff like I hoped they would. At least they had tons (almost literally) of props to obtain & each one contributed to the point total.

Starting it at 8am was how we got so many of those gold pipes! GLK went and swept all the fields for props before the Germans were even on the field!

I too had fun, enjoyed seeing old and new teammates and eating at Brecks.

PBC; Brain, Skeeter and staff as has become the expected from you this game was nicely done. Logistics were impeccable, staff courteous/professional, players were stand-up and the weather was great.

I'm looking forward to the Nov game and maybe this time the rest of SC Roadkill can play with the rest of us.
