They made the greatest vest. I have two custom vest from them. They and Special Ops go hand and hand. I wonder if Special Ops is going to continue to do custom request.

Good Bye Cops911!

Robert is still making vest. Just not for paintball. He sold out his buisness to Spec- ops. In the agreement hes not alloud to make paintball vests for a few years. Who knows, We may see some more vest from him in the future?

Are the SpecOps versions as good a quality as Roberts? I have an older cops vest, but i'm not as skinny as i used to be. I was looking at a Recon or Broadsword, but this news has me wondering whether to go that route.

I wouldnt go any other way. I have torn up so many vests, pod packs u name it. Spec ops has been the only one to hold up to my abuse. I personally use a dagger vest. It is a comfort issue and use issue what vest u choose.
