I have been at scenarios where we signed up for one side & were switched to the other side to balance. It happens.
The balance of the game should be fair.

With the power of the internet it is easy to "air" a problem that someone has. It is also easy for someone to blow things out of proportion. If a team does act the way it has been described then make it public. The resolution is fairly simple. As a field owner I would not allow the team to even register if they acted in such a way at an event that I may be hosting a follow up game for.
