gun is working at 120 psi . stock board. stck bolt.?

i havn't been able to chrono to see if i get accurate fps. I tried another reg from my other ion. Just lubed mine and only seems to shoot 120-130- psi? is this nornal. I put sleek on the asa is this ok? I have never took a gun to shop i am stumped here? Tore this gun down 10 time switching parts
