my ion came in today!!!! woooo!!!!!! What's The First Upgrade I Should Get? (i play woodsball/scenario)

of course i bought a tank with it. oh yeh, the halo b hopper, i turned it on with no paintballs in it and made a bunch of noise. will it do that all time?

the first thing i got for my ion was a clamping feedneck but i dont have a hpa tank yet so i cant go to luzon :(

An empty Halo will spin until it sees paint in the feedneck. What you're seeing is perfectly normal.
On the ion, a clamping feedneck and a barrel would be the first things I'd look at. After that look into a QEV.
Check out other ions on the field and see if you like what people have done to them.

Don't laugh. I have many customers that became our customers because they couldn't figure out why their Ions were freezing up. So I sold them a HPA tank. I never assume anything. Especially when someone buys off of the internet. Action Village sends me lots of business that way...

go get a couple of paintball magazines and read them. Dont worry about upgrades until you play with your gun. putting stuff on your gun wont make you a better player. repeat: will not make you a better player. Go, Play; learn about your gun. Play with it in your back yard...run some paint through it.
