My new Shocker.

I just bought a 03 shocker for $165. I am not really sure what I want to do with it. I have lots of ideas, what do some of you think I should do. The anno is about gone but no one has gone at it with sand paper. The maker is green with a gold back and green front. I know I am going to do a virtue and 14 inch freak. it has a NDZ feedneck and lots of goodys. Tell me some of your ideas and if someone can tell me a good annoer that is local.

i like it as is... all the colors make me think happy thoughts... you should just completely UP the internal everything, but leave the outside ghetto fabulous... maybe add some primer.

kinda like a "sleeper" at a quarter mile strip.... everyone laughs as the '70something ford pinto lines up- then he runs a low 8 second quarter and people shut up about the 8 colors of paint it has.

new board, bolt, trigger and reg and be done with it. keep it looking like ass. sleeper ftw

The metal used on the pre NXT shockers isn't the greatest for holding it's ano, so it will end up looking like that again if you decie to go the re-ano route.
Go with Blue Midget's upgrade route. I'd start with the bolt unless it has the high eff in there already. You can tell but aking it out. The can (part that goes where the windows are in the body) will be a 2 piece if it's high eff, one peice if it's a stocker.
