The bolt kit is the same style, but I believe it comes with an HE stock. The reg is new, not sure if it's an exact clone of an ion reg. It does have break beam eyes, and the grip frame has been tremendously improved. I got to handle an evil shocker at nppl sd, and it is worlds apart from the old trigger feel.

^its about time they give up the reflective eyes...
shockers have lasted for quite some time, but they're getting old. SP stuck to the same damn design for 3 years. meanwhile eclipse came out with 2 whole new guns, dye made 3ish upgrades from the previous years, and wdp/bob long also stepped it up. |

i held one of these at the PSP when i got up here this afternoon. it's nice. didn't notice TOO much of a diffference in the weight but it's got break beam eyes so it's so ****in raw. they also had some sick PL's there too.
watch out for the tremor it's got a SICK body. i'm gonna get a dispossible camera and take some flicks. |

A friend of mine who manages a local field picked one up and I got to hold it today. Not a huge difference in the weight but you can notice it. But it is so much more comfortable. The old ones I loved the feel of and these feel so much better. I was trying to stay away from shockers and go with ions for our SP thing, but I am really gonna have to pick one of these up for my backup.

a shocker as a back up for an ion? that is the dumbest thing i've heard. with the break beam eyes and all the other features of a shocker, you would have to be stupid to use an ion over this. i don't care what you have on it, it's still a cheap little ion. |
