Nah you can get the low end rig for one scuba for under $1000...

Other then that, most all dive shops can fill hpa, and most welding supply shops.

well that's also a problem, no dive shops around my part of tn, and the weld shop i use refuses to fill hpa, do not ask my why, because i have no idea, but i do know that they do not fill tanks at that facility ,tanks are sent to the main shop in Nashville they are basically just a exchange.

You might be better off when you get a HPA tank if you get a couple of SCUBA tanks and have them filled at a dive shop if you have any in your area. Problem with SCUBA tanks most are only 3000psi, there are some that go higher, but there hard to find.
Just a thought.
That's what I do. I got an Invert Mini and it only runs off of HPA. Borrowed a friends scuba tank and it's good for about 10-15 fills on an 68/3000 tank. It costs as much to fill the scuba tank as to get your hpa tank filled. About four dollars to fill up the scuba.
