Transfyre body for the Ion XE

Cougar River Air Sports is now showing our new Ion outer body style. We are calling this model "The Transfyre". The Transfyre is designed for the Ion XE, with the Ion threaded feedneck permanently fixed in place.

Transfyre is pictured in 2X2 twill genuine Carbon Fiber, and also in our custom Duracoat Urban MirageFlage.




Also shown are our new fully sculpted slim top grip panels. These are also genuine 2X2 twill Carbon Fiber. The slim upper, finger grooves, and thumb ridge give excellent control with extra trigger finger freedom.


As many of you are aware, it has been a long road working on a shoestring to produce these quality composite products. Each of these is handmade, and the nature of the process eliminates mass production.

The complexity of shapes in our composites preclude ordinary methods, and the development of reasonably fast, consistent, and reliable production methods has been a struggle, to say the least. As far as I know, no one else undertakes to fabricate the complex shapes we achieve in carbon fiber and other reinforcements.

Thanks to all of you who have voiced support and appreciation for what we are doing. It has meant a great deal.
