Battle On The Mountain

Jan 5,6-2008 This is going to be our first attempt at scenario paintball game in Alabama. The field is on 14 acres of untouched land atop Noccalula Mountain in Gadsden AL. There is a full service camp site at Noccalula Falls Park just 4 miles away.We do not have rental guns at this time. This is going to be a trial to see if people will show. If we have a good turnout we are going to hold a game every other weekend. For more info and reservations please email me at noccalulapbwars@comcast.net. To see a satellite image of the land click on this link http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&hl=e...&t=h&z=16&om=0 Any feed back can help set this up. The date is subject to change. scenario painball in alabama

A few quick questions:

How far are yall from Ft. McClellan?

Who are the local area scenario teams?

Looks like they're about 30-35 miles, Thump. I'd say that the Gun Kings could jump in on this one. James? You around? Or Skeletor or Battletank are kind of close.

Advice to you, wcurl, would be to saturate the area with info on your deal. Anniston should have some military personnel that are into paintball. It's also a good place to recruit.

A lot of junkies are playing on the weekend, therefore there's not a great deal of traffic. But they will be back. Don't forget to factor in Christmas.

Good luck in your endeavor!

Jes

Yeah...were only an hour away...I will e-mail curl and find out some particulars...kinda close to the Midnight Madness Scenario but I will put it out to the team.

The FMOD (Flying Monkey's) are pretty close as well.

Porkchop from Flying Monkeys of Doom.
Our team might be interested in this. Don't know how many could go. It is close to Mid/Madness @ Bear Claw. Our group is not rich. Go to our website flyingmonkeysofdoom.org
Maybe post some more info on it.
Could possibly get some help from us.
Personally, I like the close ones. We are mainly from N.Alabama, the Decatur area. Liberty paintball, our home field, recently had a speedball tourneyment. We had someone from Gadsen area in it. Monkeys reff'ed the games. Forget who it was though.
Anyhow, I'll check out your info. Need to know how much, BYOP, ect....
Me and ny kids might come out to check it out if money holds up.

Later tater,
Porkchop

i'll be able to let everyone know what the field fee will be on sunday i'm going to shoot for something pretty reasonable though. I'm pretty sure it's going to be BYOP.I know eveyone needs to know how much the field fee is and we are working on that but we need a close head count so we can plan for enough air and co2. So if you think you can make it and have some paint let me know. i'm sure we can work something out.

Change of event Date

Sorry due to my work schedule and short notice we have moved the date to open the field so we can construct some bunkers and be better prepared for you the player. We hope to be ready by the weekend of Jan 26-Jan 27

the field fee is $25.00 for all day.we will have air i don't know how much air is going to be butt it will be reasonable. BYOP we will have pain for sale for 65.00 a case. if we have a good turn out we will have food available but there is a restraint 4 miles down the road. I'm pretty sure there will be at least 10 people show up sorry. i wish i could say more people but i have not had many replays from anyone. i hope for a surprise though
