Shock Monkeys for all walkons!

Interglacials are short and then we enter the nasty brutishness of the glacial periods.

Friday Night Event

Ok, I wasn't suppose to say anything....and I am not......really, but if you and yours usually have off campus plans on Friday Night before the Grand Finale.....you might want to consider staying at Wayne's World this time.

I was wondering if anybody had plans on being in the costume contest this year. A little harder this year....actually a lot harder. I am seeing a lot of priest types.

Now, I have mentioned Grand Finale magazine covers in previous years and have been greatly disappointed. But now we have monthly covers on PB2X (albeit back covers) so I would think a Warhammer Commander would be a shoe-in for a cover spot.

The Costume Contest is on Saturday Night.

Paintball SURVIVOR, Paintball T.A.G., and TIPPMANN TWILIGHT TOURNAMENT are all Friday evening.

I don't know what the first two involve as I believe they are first time events.

The TIPPMANN TWILIGHT TOURNAMENT has been around (even though it was BT actually who ponied up the prizes last year). It is a one-one-one tournament on a short speedball field. In the past neither player starts with a marker but must find one on the field.

You can see pics of the costume contest in the PBjunkie.com gallery from last years grand finale. I will be covering this event for Paintball Sports and RECON Magazine this year.

Early Pictures

Went early this morning to put up the booth

And was surprised at how many were already set-up.

Tippmann is not getting out tented this year as they have added a large tent to their vendor section.
