The talk around here is that he won't be ready for a while, but will be a pawn in the LJ negotiations.

He will definitely hurt LJ negotiations.. I would think with the long rest and a fresh set of legs he will make a big impact... If not, he would be one hell of a goal line back..

Ehhh LJ has the job. He is their present/future guy. Unless he blows an ACU or something like that.

How about his holding out? It is tough to play if you aren't there. If he blew out his "ACU - alcohol consumption unit" he shouldn't have a problem. Of course his "ACL - anterior cruciate ligament" would be another matter.
You kind of need to be here to understand the feelings about him. First he has been tagged by the local media and fans as a whiner who doesn't care about his teammates. Also, look at the history of backs who carried the ball as much as he did last year. They have all worn down quite quickly and usually last only a couple of years after a heavy workload like he had. The feeling that I get is that K.C. wants to keep him at a good price, use him up, and then trade him.
