Did everyone get enough?

With the small numbers, I think everyone got to play triple duty - with "all hands" focused on missions.
To the teams - thanks yall for driving in from TN and NC to our field - I know its a hike, and I wish I could have provided more targets, but Im equally sure everyone got plenty of triggertime - and then some.

The sportmanship was excellent. The paint we used was "Circuit" and while it flew straight, it produced quite a few bounces. The flatliners seems to love it. We will work on getting a different paint that is a bit more friendly to the recipient. The game play was great. I remember I was "in role" explaining to one of the Rangers that the Mogs had captured the wounded downed pilot at Wadigy and that the pilot was being "intertogated" and to remember his oath to "leave no man behind" --and I could tell somehwere deep inside the guy that even though the wounded pilot was a nastey gym suit willed with cedar shavings, that we was going to personally see to it that his brother in arms was recoved - and that this assignement was VERY personal.

The helicopters - I think many players got a good taste of Helicopter insertions, recon, and even extractions - and I think this added greatly to support story line. I can promise you will see these again in future TT scenarions.

and to the players in general : TriggerTyme is workign hard to build up our local scenario teams . At cartoon wars we signed up 16 brand new scenario teams. AT super 61, we signed up maybe 6 more new teams.

Guys its all about the teams. As you feel the unit integrity begining to form, it needs heat to work the metal. Thats why these teams travel - to work the metal from iron into steel.

Please surf around and look for the big games in driving range and go get some.

btw: SC Roadkill is hitting Media Wars Apr 23 and the MOUT game in AL may 30 for any teams in teh area that want to sign up with us.

and thanks every one for coming to Super 61 - The Batltle of Mogadishu - look for announcements for Super 64 - The Battle Continues this fall.

also: I have a few pics from the game - will post soon.

Downed Pilot

And speaking from PERSONAL experience,,,,,
hauling that "body" to the MOG base was about enough for me! I'm not sure how much it weighed. I am sure got heavier as I hiked the woods with it!
Cudos the the American pilot. I "intertogated" him for a while and he never gave up any information at all!
