Ok guys - doing my math, I count 440 slots reserved - if you are not reserved - do that first!



Please ask your players who intend to come to Super 64 to print and fill out the following form, including partential signatures as needed, and send them to you - and you guys start to gether them up.

once you have all teh waivers filled out and gathered download and fill this team registration form:

and follow the instructions on it and have your package arrive at the address indicated on Sept 10th.

Just a reminder to everyone, carpool as much as humanly possible. I will be directing the parking and after seeing what we have to work with if everyone carpools we should not have a problem. Parking is limited so everyone please work together.
