THumper will they pick it up? Or do we need to transport it? If we need to let me know & Splinter Cell will take care of it. We will have the trailer there we could use.
Just let us know!

Transport

Jester if we have to transport can we get boxes somewhere to make it easier to load and handle. If all the teams step up the way i'm sure they will hauling that many single cans could be a mess.

Im meeting at TT this weekend to workout some details with Del and meeting with some volunteers re. staging/parking/camping etc.

Teams: please bring a big box for your canned goods, and bring them preboxed. Im hoping for a pickup or similar we can load them in as they arrive. Hopefuly this willbe a detail I can pass off on someone.

Chris: can we have a Scenario Brotherhood volunteer help collect the cans? the hows and where's can be worked out on the fly.

also: I contacted the local "Country Chronicle" about covering the charity aspects of this event, and the lady I spoke with did NOT seem interested. I didnt ask why. I know area Chick Filets are doing food drives. Maybe they would be interested in sending over a trailer. Or Southern Pig BBQ may as well.

you da man..

This is what the brotherhood is all about!

And in case you overlooked it, new comer Team Carolina Pain and Spyderman volunteered to help with the staging/parking and camping.

Several Brotherhood members in staff have been working on expanding the camping spaces around the parking lot.

Brother Grendel made the choppers and dummys.

Well over half the game staff are brotherhood members and Ill get the other half soon. (ps: I got in 25 more patches from Mark!!! and im ready to sign up more members.)

I wrote a staff writer... she relied to me telling me that It looked worthy of consideration, and that she would pass it along to the editor and sports guy. I also offered to set a reporter up with a marker and let them in on the action. I hope you dont have any objections with that thumper, if they do decide to do this, I'll take care of them.

Drew
