then we should be good - my count should be within 10 or so. People like Jimmy Allen (Mrs. Mary's Nephew) and the welder dude and Robbie's comps likely bypassed us. Call it between [ 445 and 455 ]

But 445 is a pretty good number to stand on without using magic ref number expanding dust.

It seemed more like 80 vs 250 around Sunday 10:30ish - but thats their doing, not ours. I didnt move any players or teams.

It seems like a ton of Rangers bailed out on Saturday Night.

HOORAH to all who participated this weekend!!!

And the SpaceMice were MVT and "Pain Cell" was best er.. I guess.. Team of Teams.. or uh.. Group Team. Basically, I think one of them should have won MVT, but they were inseparable all game and it was hard to figure if one was more deserving than the other. So Team SpaceMice got mad props for being 3rd go us!! That was my guess, anyway.

Brain, Skeeter, and I all sat down after the game to decide the awards and I will tell you it was very difficult to decide on awards. Usually during a game there is one or two teams that really stand out and do all the things needed to win or at least stay competitive in a scenario. From the Ranger staff's perspective there were several teams that stepped up for this one. The deciding factor for MVT came down to night play. I can tell you for a fact that without Mad Ballers jumping into skirmish after skirmish, Blackhearts holding the Olympic Hotel for most of Sunday morning, Space Mice holding the corridor to the Olympic Hotel on Sunday (with help from others), PBC and others jumping right in when I requested bodies to get shot up on helo insertions at the Mog base, and numerous other teams and events that would fill up this page we would have been rolled by the shear numbers. My hat is off to all of the teams on the Ranger side. I would be honored to have any of you on my team in future scenarios.
BTW, Splinter Cell and Carolina pain had decided prior to the event to run together under the name of Pain Cell, so Space Mice, don't think you came in third. As I stated before, it was basically a tie between at least 4 teams for MVT. Unfortunately there are only so many awards to go around.
Spyderman, the help you provided on the forums here before the game getting things organized while Skeeter, Brain, and myself were occupied with other events was vital to our ability to stand in the fight as well as we did. As any experienced scenario player can attest, games are often lost off the field as well as on.

Thanks to everyone involved.

I'm not sure that I deserve the MVP that I got. I only got to play the first 3 hours cause I blew out my ankle. I really hate that I missed out on everything.

No, I think SpaceMice got the Valor award, not MVT. That's my recollection anyway, I don't have the awards themselves. But I don't think Thumper put the Valor awards on the results page? Maybe I'm just missing it...
