remote staging in compound at Super 64

As a player, I know something about staging, and by the end any scenario I can tell you to the centimeter the distance between my staging area and the insertion point and from there to the game field.

Well TriggerTyme is putting down a few bucks to make our staging the most friendly we can make it. Robbie is building 20 steel & wood tables to put up in the compound area less than 100' from the insertion points - each at least 4'x8'.

this link goes to the plan for the area..
http://www.triggertyme.com/staging-a...servations.htm

Around 12 of these have been reserved already.

We are planning some netting to partition these into psuedo-stalls.

There is no camping up there.

Here are some recommendations for the use of these tables:

Bring and place an ezup over your staging table

pack your immediate need gear in a plastic box (game box) you can secure UNDER your staging table, and use it as a chair as needed

Use the table for quick turnarounds - leaving water, papertowels and food out.

Lock anything you wouldnt want to loose in your "game box"

Leave all other spare gear and back up gear at your camp site or locked in your cars.

Bring a few camp chairs for your stanging area.

A team cooler of drinks?

Dont leave any markers just lying around.

String your banner across the corners of the ezup to help provide some shade and privacy.

binkie..

Binkie was welding away yesterday afternoon. I also heard plans from robbie about a new tall presentation platform right where the bell is now.

And thanks to all the staffers who helped yesterday. We put a pretty goog dent in the area between the compund and parking lot, and teh staging area looks great! (need tables) - and robbie kicked some tail with that bush hog.
