442/500 and counting..

Ok, so its July and registration open Sept 10th and I said we could hold 400 due to parking...

Well field owner Robert Murphy is working on expanding the parking, and tells me to capp this thing at 500 -- but and this is a big but: you guys have to help by camping in the woods and not the parking lot. And when possible, stage in the staging area, and not in the parking lot and CARPOOL. We are working to clear the woods for camping and such.

So keep the slot requests coming..
Once this thing maxed out it is maxed.

I will be calling for waivers on Sept 10th, so everyone please download and get the waivers filled out. These will be sent to my home address and not triggertyme's field address and ONE packet per team full of waivers - NO individual waived mailed. SO captains, help me by getting your teams waivers signed and together and ready to mail.
