in regards to the pumps only at night. Lets think about how many hundreds of players are going to come out and play at this game, that only shoot spyders. The vast majority of paintball players do not own a pump. In my opinion if we cant rent all of the players a pump gun so they can play we shouldnt do that.

pumps etc..
I love pump play, but im agreeing w/ drew on this one - restricting play here to pumps only will cut out too many players who dont own one.
I like what ben did at stalingrad with issuing "sniper paint" and bonus points for sniper on XO elims. and the sniper paint was issued 500 rounds at a time. I could see doing similar at future events. This gives the pump player an important role in scenario ball without restricting normal play. Ben is the master game writer.

don'tget me wrong, to do this we would have had to give more notice. BUT, the concept is great

The one thing that pissed me off the most at Staligrad was the Speedball Hoser(tm) that hosed me the instant I walked out of the neutral zone on Hill 103. I had left my marker on the ground outside the neutral zone rather than plug it. I was hit 4 or 5 times before I had even picked up my marker.
In no way, shape or form does this behavior come anywhere close to sportsmanship as I understand it. It's attitudes and conduct like this that will ultimately kill this game. Except for tournaments, I would love to see a manditory limit of 6 BPS limit on all rec ball and scenario fields. Electros could ( and should ) even have a 6BPS max option in their program.
