Whats wrong with a PVC barrel? Your assuming the nerf will build up enough friction to cause the pressure to blow out the side of the barrel instead of down it?

A. Its impossible as it will simply annihilate the Nerf before blowing up the barrel.

B. Yes PVC pressure chambers as well. Why? 1. No Co2 2. Operating pressure is only 40-60 PSi 3. Diaphragms in the valves fail at 200 PSI and will exhaust down the barrel 4. Safety pop off at 125 psi 5. The Regulators i use are also bleed down if they go over the pressure they are set at.

Your all aluminum cannon is no Safer then mine. less you forget your using an actuall Piston valve with no Diaphragm inside PVC, Well capable of Rupturing if it hits 1k PSI if a regulator were to break. I dont remember if you have safety pops as well I assume you Do, Since you are a Good Builder.
