Well yell back.. If these folks are the ones that keep talking-the-talk but fail to walk-the-walk everytime they say there going to bring their tanks but always cancel, tell them to put up or SHUT UP!

Next there is absolutely no way I would do this because of the amount of fire the tanks draw alone is insane. Even if you had padding and windshield wipers you would be able to keep up enough to get a clear shot on anything..

Bah! Absolutely not! One of the premises of tanks is that they have limited mobility and (relatively speaking to an exposed gunner) either restricted lines-of-sight or restricted lanes-of-fire. It's not like top gunners of real tanks are immune to incoming fire, yet it's routine for commanders to ride topside of tanks because visual advantage granted by the position. Tanks are rarely deployed in combat without infantry for that very reason!

Now i understand that many paintball tanks do not suffer the same visibility problems experienced by real tanks (although they all should, imho), but the easy movement and responsiveness provided by an invulnerable exposed gunner is an advantage that tanks just don't need and shouldn't have.

Anyway, that's my $0.02...
