No. The only thing I did up there is put netting in front of the turret box where the roof meets it, because it had a decent gap and someone with high ground could zing my turret gunner in a bad spot. In the pics what we did was to mount four inch wood strips to the bottom of the turret to make the gap less then what it was and hide the wheels better, but we were still left with the bit of gap. I cant bring them down any more because when the turret it facing backwards the strips almost rub the top of the turret box. I have to go over it and figure if its my turret that is uneven or the turret box. I feel I know the answer, both... My carpentry skills are lacking and I did the majority of this on my own.

It has now been decomissioned. There are a couple shots in the gallery of it with the turret on it from D-Day. I'll find them and post some up.

I have left the team I was with. I am getting out of paintball for awhile. I hope to be back playing next season with an improve version of the tank. We are going to use coroplast for armor because the ply wood warps too bad. Probally looking to build the turret box out of aluminum tubing. And we are going to look it over to see if we can make the turret smaller and move it back so we can utilize the back seats for additional infantry support.

If I can get it rebuilt I plan on mainly doing the MPP games from here on out. So hopefully I can rebuild/improve it and get it back out there next year.

Sorry to hear to you'll be on the sidelines for a while. Sounds like you still got the tank bug though. The logistics of tanking is about 10 times that of just showing up and playing. Let us fellow tankers know how we can help.

It's actually 100 times if you are a Black Heart. Jes, hope to see you at the MPP Game at Command Decision this September.
BTW - How did your tank work out at D-Day? That Hillbilly tank we quickly put together out of Ken's Ranger actually worked pretty well.
