Launcher information
The launcher in the above picture is a creation of IMG-Q who can be found around milsimog. I think he's working on a MK-19 style launcher these days.

I am working with a company that is providing 40mm foam rockets that are designed for paintball tank hunting. Production begins this week and they will be available for online purchase in a couple weeks.

My own company Home has spent a number of years designing the 40mm semi auto that has a patented reload system which is faster than any other grenade launcher available. It has been developed to provide an effective launcher for paintball, animal control, marketing, military, corrections and law enforcement. It can be upgraded from a breech load to semi auto and has interchangeable volume chambers and barrels as well as bore sizes. It is a radial belt feeder.

We have been discussing with goggle manufacturers the specifics regarding velocities and impact data for the ASTM and insurance companies. The launcher is going into production on May 1st and the first ones will be available for sale in June.
