I can't seem to be able to adjust my A5 to shoot over 235ish anyone know what the problem might be??

I don't know much about guns, but my 98 wasn't getting over 240ish once, and i replaced the back spring and it fixed my problem. A5 must have something similar in it; but your problem could be a host of things, that is just one suggestion.

i had the same problem depends on what grade ball you are shooting and i replaced all the o-rings on tha bolt and the spring and now shoots like new

I second that, check your o-rings (go ahead and replace, there cheap), and replace your spring (again cheap). That is the problem 99% of the time.

i had sorta the same prob and changed the rings and the spring and sheez go to go

rings and springs will do the trick. also polish your internals

Rings, Springs and a little spit. Make sure ya hold your tongue right also... My 98 couldn't get above 240 also...now all is good.

be very careful if you polish the internals, taking off too much material will create another sealing/leaking problem -->> velocity and efficiency will fall off again.
