Anyone eles haveing A-5 probs??

I got a A-5 and hav ehad nothing but probs with it. The ohhhh so good feeding thing has done nothing but jam up ever since I got it. Me and Skeeter looked at it oiled it and it work good for a day. The next weekend it craped out so I am just going to buy a new feeded. Has anyone eles had any kind of probs like this with there A-5?

Not yet. I got my son a new A-5 for this season (he usually played with his Spyder TLPlus or my RT Pro). At some point I will be getting one too. I just can't justify the expense since I already have two fantastic markers that I use.

I will let you know if it gives him any problems.

I have had no such problems with mine. But if you do need help contact tippmann or check out the A-5 owners group. You'd have to google it to get the website. Hope this helps.

I am about feed up with it. Dont get me wrong. I love my 98 but htis A-5?? I am not so sure about it. When you take the thing apart theres a rubber ring thingy and it keeps poping out and jaming the sping and feeded line thing up. So I am just going to fork up $30 for a new feeder. Thanks for the help everyone.

My only problem is LOWWWWWW velocity that cant seem to be brought up.
(I tried the Maddman spring kit, delrin bolt, etc. )
I guess I am going to have to break down and get the low pressure kit for it.
But other than that it works pretty good. I did have to change one part in the Cyclone feeder though. It is a clear piece if plastic that advances the cyclone, after several cases of paint it strips out and needs to be replaced but its pretty easy and very cheap (sometimes free).
Also.... turn your marker over and look for the letter "A" on the bottom side of the cyclone. If it doesnt have it, I believe Tippmann will upgrade it for free if you ship it to them.
Good luck!
