best paint for 98 customs??

can anyone tell me what paint they get the best results with?? my son shoots a 98 w/flatline...i shoot a 98 w/ 16in armson stealth...have only shot walmart paint...thanks for any help/ideas

well first off usually what ya buy is what ya get. The more expensive the paint the better quality, but for accuracy and what not look for your "paint to barrel/bore match." Find you bore size and go here: http://www.scroadkill.com/art-bore-sizes.htm it tells all

I own a 98 with a flatline and I personally like to use Draxus Recsport or Midnight.

some paints can be to brittle for the flatline tho.

I Have had Great Success with marbs, fit great through my flatline, very accurate and not that brittle, good paint, Marbalizers are a little exspencive tho, i know im getin riped off but there chargin like 60-70 for a case. For the armson barrel ied try to get the size of it, the diameter, and just go from there and try to match up the paint to the barrel. Good luck with your 98s. :biggrin:
