No not at all, just try to get an expansion chamber, Remote coil, or get ur co2 tanks anti siphoned, and that should fix any potential freezeing of your internals. It is highly recomended to switch to HPA, N2 when shooting at high rates of fire.

The RT actually works better with CO2. The CVX valve is a different design than other guns and works with pretty much anything out there. Heck, if you could get it the CVX valve would probably operate on HPM (High pressure mud).

An anti siphon tank would be the best way to go out of the options Tippman listed. That will prevent liquid co2 from getting in the marker. It will still cool down when you shoot at a good speed, but shouldn't freeze unless you're shooting insane amounts in a single burst.

smart parts ACTUALLY recomends that you use CO2 with their markers....i was think'n WTF if some one just paid a 1000+ for a new shocker and use Co2 i thinkn i would laugh at them for days....

but the old scholl "shoe box" shocker they worked good on co2 so did the impys they seemd not to "cough" as much.
