Smile Hammerhead Barrel for A-5

I'm working on mods for my A5 and I was strongly considering a Hammerhead barrel. I was wondering if anyone out there has outfitted thier A5 or 98C with this barrel and if so do you like it? Thanks in advance for all replies.

Chuck do a search on PBjunkie for Hammerhead. There's a lot of info on this site about this barrel.

What you will find is 2 very different opinions. People either love them or hate them. I looked at getting one for my A-5 last year and decided not to cause so many people hated theirs. Best thing to do is shoot a friends and see what you think.

Hamerhead barrel

Bro, I run a sick little 1996 Indian Creek Designs ThunderCat and my HammerHead is the scariest part of the gun. Accuracy is unparallelled and it is so quiet all you hear is my bolt cycle! I'll never run anything else. Good luck.

I didn't have any complaints when i had my a-5. That is, as long as I used the correct size finn. The cost of the finns + the barrel.. well I think there are better kits out there for the cost.... unless you find a deal on ebay or something. IMHO..

If you get a hold of Steers, he may be able to tell you more about it..... hammerhead is a sponsor of his team.
