Broken Tippmann

My Tippman A-5 is haveing some Technical promblems with the barrel section. Its adapter that the barrel screwes into is sliping out of my gun. So every time I shoot my A-5's barrel and all falls off. If any one knows of any way I can fix it I have ajested the screwes and all I think its something enternal..if you are going to be at TT I will be there quite often.
- Thank you

Same thing happened to me. Put a couple of wraps of teflon tape around your adapter, an it should be good ta go. Correct me if i'm wrong, but most likely you have a flatline or change barrel adapter often. This causes the paint where the adapter fits to wear off an ya won't get a tight fit. Try the teflon tape trick. Post how it works for you. Hope i could help. Any other questions ya might have about your a-5 can be answered at the "A-5 Owners Group forum".

TIPPMAN! i can't see your pictures, all it has is a lil box with an X over it

i got three tippmans! they're awsome: all 98 customs!
(1): it's a sniper:flatline barrel:car stock:coiled remote
(2): just a regular tippman 98:rt trigger 16in long dye ultralite barrel:VL revy hopper!
(3): tippman 98 custom pro with 16in barrel and empire reloader 2 hopper!

the second one is my favorite: it was my first!

Ragriz,

That would be a tacstrap. You can get them from this link. http://www.p8ntgear.com/Qstore/Qstor...ROD=1103120555

Reactive Paintball is the brains behind this item. They have been having them made for a about 3 years now. They are a sweet addition to a scenario player.
