could be the selenoid has went out. tippmann has impecable customer service and will fix your e grip for free. give them a call.

The X-7 uses a Hall Effect (magnetic field) trigger system and is argueably, a bit more complicated to diagnose out of hand than an A-5. If you don't have a local Tippmann dealer who can service the grip, I'd say CALL Tippmann first. Their techs might be able to diagnose and help you fix it over the phone. If not, then they'll have you send it.

I'll look at one when I get to the shop and see if anything stands out in memory from the cert class. I've never had ANY problems with one out of all that we've sold. What a problem to have, eh? To not have any problems enough to make a comparison...

when i left the 2nd dea/cartel game, i bought an x7 when i got home. since, i have never had 1 single problem out of it and have never even taken it apart. i just run it under the sink, drop some oil in it and its ready again.

went to my local guy to send the grip back and he said he has 4 along with mine with the same prob.
