Yes every thing mimi-me said is what you should do.there is no need to jump and start a team when you are just now starting in the GREAT sport of paintball.get used to your gun,playa few scenarios and meet people.then you can start a team when you think you are really ready.Don't worry i did the same thing but i wanted to host a scenario.I learned that i need to stop, learn, then act. Think about it man!
