Important Information for Teams Competing in Jacksonville

In order to have a smooth event in Jacksonville this weekend, we have compiled some basic information to help you and your team. If you have a question that you don’t see answered here please call our office toll free at (888) 834-4774.

1) Playing days and times
Semi Pro, Division 1, Division 2 and Division 3 will play 8 preliminary games throughout Friday and Saturday.
The Skills Challenge and All-Star Game will be on Friday.
Pro Teams play 8 preliminary games on Saturday.
Pump Division play all games on Sunday
All Quarter, Semi and Final matches will be held on Sunday.

First game each day starts at:
Friday, May 16th - 7:30 am
Saturday, May 17th - 7:30 am
Sunday, May 18th - 7:30 am

2) Captains Meeting
All teams must send a representative to the captains meeting
Semi Pro, Division 1, Division 2 and Division 3 Captains meeting is at 5:00 pm Thursday in the Center Court Grandstands.
Professional Captains Meeting will be held at 5:00 pm Friday in the Pro Zone.

Pump Division Captains Meeting will be held 9:00 am Sunday at the NPPL Registration Tent.

3) Registration
All teams need to check in at the registration booth prior to playing your first game. The Registration booth will be off-site on Wednesday only at the Army Navy Outdoors and will be on site and open the following days and times:

Wednesday, May 14th: 3:00 pm – 8:00 pm (Army Navy Outdoors, see NPPL.com for details)
Thursday, May 15th: 8:00 am – 7:00 pm (on-site)
Friday, May 16th: 6:00 am - Last game (on-site)
Saturday, May 17th: 6:00 am - Last game (on-site)
Sunday, May 18th: 6:00 am - Noon (on-site)

4) ID Cards
All players who are on the roster of a team playing in the event must have a 2008 NPPL ID card
If you buy your ID card online before you attend the event, the cost is $40.00.
If you buy your ID card at the event, the cost is $50.00.

5) Spectators and Guests
There is no admission fee for spectators and the only restricted area is the player paddocks and Center Court Grandstands on Saturday and Sunday. Tickets for the grandstands may be purchased online or on-site (while space permits).

6) Pit Crew
A team may have up to 4 pit crew members on their roster.
Those pit crew members have access to the player paddocks
The cost is $10 per pit crew member

7) Parking
Parking is free to the players and public so no parking passes will be required. Parking will begin in Lot D until full, then cars will be directed to Lot E.

Fields 2 - 5 are open for teams to walk from 8:00 am - 7:00 pm

Registration for Teams is open from 8:00 am - 7:00 pm
5:00 pm Captains Meeting in the Center Court Grandstands
*No games are played on Thursday*

Invitational Skills Challenge (Center Court) 2:30 pm
Professional All-Star Game (Center Court) 4:00 pm
Games begin at 7:30 am and run until 7:00 pm
Teams competing are Semi-Pro, Division 1, Division 2 and Division 3
Tradeshow open from 9:00 am - 7:00 pm
5:00 pm Pro Captains Meeting in the Pro Staging Area

Saturday, May 17, 2008
Divisional and Semi-Pro Games will run from 7:30 am - 7:00 pm
Professional Games will run on Center Court and JT Field from 11:00 am - 5:00 pm
Tradeshow open from 9:00 am - 7:00 pm

Sunday, May 18, 2008
Quarters, Semis and Finals for all divisions begin at 7:30 am
Games are scheduled to finish at 5:30 pm on Center Court
Awards Ceremony will be held on Center Court at 6:00 pm
Trade Show open from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
